| The IT1231 is the memory card controller which is specially designed for SD card application. IT1231 is compliant with SD2.0/SD1.1 specification. With flexible firmware code design, IT1231 can support comprehensive flash technologies, including SLC and MLC flash memory. It helps enhance the device performance and optimize the flexibility in flash selection. IT1231 is highly integrated with the voltage regulator, voltage detector and oscillator. The integration effectively reduces overall cost by minimizing the amount of extra components. Employed leading 0.153um CMOS technology and proprietary adaptive power consumption technique, IT1231 is the most cost and power efficient solution for card makers. Typical applications with IT1231 are microSD, miniSD, SD, microSDHC, miniSDHC and SDHC memory card. IT1231 is available in LGA 53-pin package and bare die for SIP solution.
