IT5201 is a USB 3.1 Gen-2/10Gbps 2:1 MUX with Type-C controller for DFP/UFP/DRP application.

USB 3.1 Gen-2/10 Gbps 2:1 passive MUX
Supports 5V Vconn with 300 mA OCP detection for active cable
Mode configuration: DFP/Source, UFP/Sink and DRP/Dual Role Port
