Vincent Hu is one of the founders of ITE Tech, a spin-off of the Computer Product Business Unit from UMC in 1996. He served as vice president of the R&D team. In 2000, he was promoted to CEO of ITE Tech. With his tremendous efforts and dedication to the company, ITE Tech successfully completed its IPO in 2002. In 2004, he was named Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Prior to ITE Tech, he was the head of the Computer Product Business Unit at UMC, to which he joined in 1984 and has held various positions within. With his solid engineering background, he delivered 486 chip sets and brought in significant amounts of revenue for his business unit. He also implemented a successful plan to spin off the cell library department, which later on became Faraday Technology Corporation, a design service company.

Vincent Hu holds a masters degree in EE and a bachelors degree in control engineering, both from National Chiao Tung University.

H.Y. Lin is the co-founder of ITE Tech, a spin-off from the Computer Product Business Unit of UMC in 1996. He has served as CEO of the company since 2007. He successfully acquired 3 companies, S-Media, USBest and CAT, in 2009. Through the acquisition, ITE has enriched its product portfolios to include multimedia SoC, flash controller and advanced video interface.

Prior to ITE Tech, he was the head of operations of Computer Product Business Unit at UMC. He held various product engineering positions after joining UMC in 1983.

H.Y. Lin earned an EMBA from National Chiao Tung University and a bachelor's degree in EE from Chung Yuan Christian University.
