Vincent Hu is one of the founders of ITE Tech., a spin-off of the Computer Product Business Unit from UMC in 1996. He served as vice president of the R&D team. In 2000, he was promoted to CEO of ITE Tech. With his tremendous efforts and dedication to the company, ITE Tech. successfully completed its IPO in 2002. In 2004, he was named Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Prior to ITE Tech, he was the head of the Computer Product Business Unit at UMC, to which he joined in 1984 and has held various positions within. With his solid engineering background, he delivered 486 chip sets and brought in significant amounts of revenue for his business unit. He also implemented a successful plan to spin off the cell library department, which later on became Faraday Technology Corporation, a design service company.

Vincent Hu holds a masters degree in EE and a bachelors degree in control engineering, both from National Chiao Tung University.

Mason Tung is a founding employee of ITE Tech., a company spun off from UMC’s Computer Product Business Unit in 1996. In 2002, he was appointed Director of the Technical Marketing Department, and in 2008, he was promoted to Vice President of the Marketing and Sales Division. In 2015, he became Senior Vice President of the Marketing and Sales Division, and in 2024, he was appointed General Manager of the division. Throughout his career at ITE, Mason has played a pivotal role in the planning, development, and marketing of key products, while contributing to the preservation of the company’s core culture. He possesses in-depth expertise in computer systems, including Super IO, chipsets, graphics, and the Windows CE platform.

Prior to joining ITE Tech, Mason was a product application engineer at UMC’s Computer Product Business Unit and holds a patent.

Mason Tung holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Chung Yuan Christian University.
