IT986x: SoC with 1080P H.264 Decoder

IT986x SoC series is equipped with dual ARM9 CPUs which can operate at up to 800MHz. It has a powerful 2D graphics engine that supports up to 1080p video, allowing for the implementation of a GUI that is both vivid and responsive. As for the panel resolution, it can display up to 2160*1080 pixels. MIPI, RGB, LVDS and other panel interfaces are also supported. It is embedded with up to 1Gb DDR3 memory, with various peripheral interfaces reserved, giving designers great expandability. Support FreeRTOS within the comprehensive ITE SoC SDK.

IT983x: SoC for Low to Mid-end HMI Application

IT983x SoC series is equipped with dual RISC-V CPUs which can operate at up to 500MHz. It has a powerful 2D graphics engine, allowing for the implementation of a GUI that is both vivid and responsive. As for the panel resolution, it can display up to 1280*800 pixels. MIPI, RGB, LVDS and other panel interfaces are also supported. It is embedded with up to 512Mb DDR2 memory, with various peripheral interfaces reserved, giving designers great expandability. Support FreeRTOS within the comprehensive ITE SoC SDK.

IT97x: SoC with 1080P H.264 Decoder

IT97x SoC series is equipped with ARM9 CPU which can operate at up to 800MHz. This device features a powerful H.264 Video codec that can handle video up to 1080p, as well as a 2D graphic engine that enables the creation of a vivid and responsive graphical user interface (GUI). It also supports a variety of panel interfaces, including MIPI, RGB, and LVDS. With up to 1Gb DDR3 memory and multiple peripheral interfaces available, designers have ample room for expansion. Additionally, the comprehensive ITE SoC SDK includes support for FreeRTOS.
