Stakeholder Communication and Response

Stakeholder Communication and Response
Establishing communication channels and effective communication, focusing on addressing stakeholder concerns, is the foundation of corporate sustainable operation. Based on the five principles of "Dependency, Responsibility, Influence, Diverse Perspectives, and Tension" in the AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standard (SES) 2015, ITE has identified its key stakeholders. After evaluation by the ITE Sustainability Committee, five main stakeholder groups were determined: employees, customers, suppliers, government agencies, and shareholders. Each department maintains continuous communication and engagement with stakeholders through diverse channels, allowing stakeholders concerned with ITE to understand the company's operational situation in a timely manner. ITE also adopts various engagement methods to understand stakeholders' concerns and expectations regarding the company.
