Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct

Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct
In fulfilling corporate development responsibilities and conveying stakeholder requirements for a sustainable supply chain, it is crucial to collaborate with supplier partners on sustainable business. To implement supplier management and risk assessment, ITE has established the "Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct" as guidelines for suppliers to follow, ensuring adherence to decent work relationships, safe workplaces, ethical conduct, and a commitment to environmental protection. We also require suppliers to sign the "RBA Code of Conduct Compliance Guarantee." This Code is provided during new supplier onboarding to reinforce supply chain management.
Since 2019, we have implemented supplier RBA audits. One supplier is selected annually to first issue the RBA self-assessment questionnaire, followed by either an online or on-site audit based on the latest RBA standards to understand their social responsibility implementation. We continuously track and require improvement on deficiencies to enhance suppliers' social and environmental sustainability responsibilities.
ITE calls on its suppliers together to value social responsibility. Except for continuously pursuing high-quality and safe products and services, implementing environmental and occupational safety policies, and complying with environmental laws and local labor regulations, we mutually establish a fair and positive business environment to strengthen cooperation and fulfill corporate social responsibilities. The supplier has been confirmed as qualified in 2023 RBA audit.
