Human Rights Policy
To protect the fundamental human rights of all employees, ITE supports and respects the principles set forth in the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the United Nations Global Compact, the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and the International Labor Organization's Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. In addition to adhering to relevant international standards, the company complies with labor and human rights laws at all operational sites and promotes the protection of human rights and labor rights to new and current employees. ITE also provides whistleblowing channels for employees, with dedicated personnel handling investigations while protecting the private information of whistleblowers. If a reported case is substantiated, the company commits not to retaliate against the whistleblower. In 2023, ITE had no records of human rights violations.
