Diverse Communication Channels
Adhering to an open and respectful philosophy, ITE has established a variety of labor-management communication channels to respect employees' opinions, promote harmonious labor relations, enhance employee loyalty, and significantly benefit operational performance. Therefore, the company actively builds diverse communication channels to maintain smooth labor-management interactions, ensuring that company information is conveyed accurately, timely, and effectively, while also helping improve various management practices. The company's three main types of labormanagement communication modes are explained below:
- Meetings: Regular departmental meetings and functional meetings.
- Announcements/Surveys/Assessments/Feedback: Performance evaluations, feedback channels, employee grievance channels, HR bulletin, etc.
- Labor-Management Meeting Organizations: Labor-management meetings, Employee Welfare Committee, various seminars, etc. These diverse communication channels, including one-way, two-way, and interactive modes, combined with the company's internal operations and management systems, ensure smooth and accurate communication of information.
Labor-Management Meeting Organizations
We respect employees' legal right to freedom of assembly and association and do not oppose, prohibit, or obstruct employees from associating. Simultaneously, we have legally established labor-management meetings, the Employee Welfare Committee, and the Labor Retirement Reserve Supervisory Committee, which operate officially after submitting to the competent authorities for approval. Currently, labor-management meetings are held quarterly, and the Employee Welfare Committee also convenes quarterly meetings. Each labor-management communication organization fulfills its duties, communicating on different issues and working together to promote labor-management co-prosperity, creating mutual benefits and win-win situations.
