Training and Development System
ITE values employees' functional development and plans education, training, and performance evaluation mechanisms based on the challenges each job level may face and the competencies required by each department to strengthen training outcomes. Annual courses are planned for various competencies, providing different functional training to implement talent development and training system, while continuously promoting e-learning to create diverse learning channels.

Diverse Training Courses
- Common WealthLearning Academy :The platform provides all company managers with online self-directed learning, covering diverse topics such as global politics and economics, industry trends, leadership and management, and digital transformation. Different training themes for various management levels are planned quarterly and assigned through the platform system.
- Foreign Language Learning :LiveABC and FUNDAY bilingual learning platforms are provided to help colleagues improve their foreign language skills in a flexible manner, encouraging continuous learning.
- E-Learning : To offer colleagues flexible and diverse learning channels, the company provides a wealth of varied learning resources. Employees can attend classes remotely, and the company also creates online courses, allowing employees to arrange their class schedules and learn independently.
Educational Training Implementation Outcomes
In 2023, the total training hours for employees amounted to 12,565 hours, with an average of 28.62 training hours per person annually. This makes an increase of 3,754 hours compared to 2022. The company formulates the annual training plan based on strategic development plans and requirement assessments of managers and employees, reviewed by Training and Development Committee. Employees can enhance their professional competencies and skills through these training courses, thus achieving the tasks and objectives assigned by the company.
